Richard Humphreys, Broker
Richard is the owner and broker of Richard Humphreys Realty. Richard was raised in Nacogdoches. After graduating from NHS in 1979, he attended SFASU and received his BA and Master's degrees in Administrative Education. Prior to entering the real estate field, he was an elementary school principal in the East Texas area. He was the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors President in 2001 and still serves as a director. His peers named him Realtor of the Year in 1999. He is the Christian Men's Fellowship President at First Christian Church and has been serving in that capacity for the last 10 years. He is an active member of the Fredonia Rotary Club, and a director on the Habitat for Humanities Board.

Jim Crawford, Realtor
Jim is a Nacogdoches native. He attended Panola College and Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to his real estate expertise, Jim is experienced in property management and his knowledge of the local market is an excellent tool for investors. He is the son of Mart Crawford, a coach at SFA for over 26 years. Jim has been active in the local baseball association for 12 years. He is married to Kim Crawford, who is also a Nacogdoches native. They have one son, Michael.

Tom Huey, Realtor
Tom is a native of Tyler, Texas, but has lived in Nacogdoches 32 years. Before becoming a realtor, he was an independent insurance claims adjuster. His knowledge from that experience transfers very well to the his work as a realtor. He is a graduate of Austin College, was a Shipboard Naval Officer and formerly served on the Vestry and as Junior Warden at Christ Episcopal Church. He is Past President of the Evening Lion's Club and is an active member of the Fredonia Rotary Club. Tom is an avid supporter of SFA and NHS Athletics and Arts. Tom is an amateur gardener and serves on the Board of Keep Nacogdoches Beautiful. He also is the District Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America.
